  • "Client" refers to any individual or business subscribing to our services.

  • "Services" refer to our crypto-focused social media management offerings.

  • "Subscription" refers to the recurring monthly service fee paid by the Client.

2. Services Offered

Agenci provides social media management services specifically for crypto-related businesses, including content creation, account growth strategies, engagement, and analytics reporting. The scope of services is outlined in our individual agreements with each Client.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • The subscription fee is $2,000 USD or £1,543.32 GBP per month.

  • Payments are due on a monthly basis and are auto-renewed unless canceled as per our cancellation policy.

  • Clients may pay via cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel their subscription by providing at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services.

  • If Agenci terminates a subscription due to violations of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete account details required for social media management.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant crypto regulations and platform policies.

  • Refrain from engaging in any activities that violate applicable laws or promote fraudulent schemes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Agenci is not responsible for losses due to social media platform bans, policy changes, or account restrictions.

  • We do not guarantee specific engagement or growth metrics.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for the legal compliance of their crypto-related content.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Content created by Agenci remains the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment.

  • Clients may not resell or repurpose content for other brands without Agenci’s consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, with consideration of US regulations where applicable. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UK.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
